We are currently hiring for the position of Director of Social Research & Shareholder Advocacy.

Clean Yield Asset Management is seeking a seasoned, forward-thinking, independent individual who can build on our deep SRI roots, conduct rigorous social research, engage in shareholder advocacy, and deliver thought leadership. Other important elements of this role include fostering Clean Yield’s presence in the Vermont progressive business community and helping the company continue to improve our own practices. This person will work with the investment committee and the firm’s partners to communicate our perspective to clients, the SRI community, and broader audiences. This person will be a key team member and a leading voice of the company. We prefer that the position be staffed from our Norwich, Vermont office.
